PAYMENT

I currently sell ready-made sock monkeys online via Etsy and accept Paypal only by this method. You can pay by credit or debit card by clicking on 'pay by Paypal' until you get the option to pay by card and follow the instructions.

Custom orders placed through this website are invoiced directly to your email address via Paypal.

CURRENCY CONVERSION
All prices on Etsy are in US Dollars (and I usually invoice in US Dollars for ease) but Paypal will automatically convert other currencies at checkout, so you can still buy from my shop if US Dollars are not your local currency.

Please go to http://www.xe.com/ for up to date conversion rates.

If you can not pay via Paypal and/or in US Dollars for any reason, please contact me for other payment options.

SHIPPING

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payment.

UK
Items to UK are usually sent via Royal Mail First Class as standard (estimated 1-2 working days). Please allow 15 working days for delivery.

Orders over £39 are sent via Special Delivery Next Day at extra cost.

INTERNATIONAL
International orders are sent standard airmail (estimated 3-5 working days). Please allow 25 working days for delivery. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges.

Orders over £39 are sent via Airsure at extra cost.

If your parcel has not arrived after this time, please let me know so that I can offer you a refund or replacement.


GIFTWRAPPING

All Sock Monkeys are wrapped in brown paper and string, and then boxed unless you ask me not to - so please let me know if you do not want your monkey wrapped :)

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

INCORRECT ORDER & DAMAGES
If when your order arrives, it is incorrect or damaged please contact me immediately to arrange to return the item/s to me. Once I have received the returned item I will issue a Paypal refund for the price of the item (excluding shipping costs). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.


LOSSES
If your parcel does not arrived within the specified time (see SHIPPING SECTION), please contact me immediately so I can start the claim process.


EXCHANGES
I do not offer exchanges at this time.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders for monkeys are always very welcome. All of my sock monkeys and plushies are bespoke and I love to give each of them their own personality. If you would like your own custom design, please do get in touch for a quote!

As a general guide:
Basic Monkeys £30-45
Embellished/Accessorised Monkeys & Zebras £35 - £50
Superstar/Character Monkeys £65 - £80


SAFETY

My sock monkeys are not toys for young children, but are intended for adult collectors over 14.
