Custom orders for monkeys are always very welcome,
but my waiting list is often quite long!
All of my sock monkeys and plushies are bespoke and I love to give each of them their own
personality. If you would like your own custom design, please do
get in
touch for a quote!
As a general guide:
Basic Monkeys £25-40
Embellished/Accessorised Monkeys & Zebras £35 - £55
Superstar/Character Monkeys £60 - £90

PAYMENT
I currently sell ready-made
sock monkeys online via Etsy and
Folksy and accept Paypal
only by this method.
You can pay by credit or debit card by clicking on 'pay by Paypal' until
you get the option to pay by card and follow the instructions.
Custom orders placed through this website are
invoiced directly to your email address via Paypal.
~CURRENCY CONVERSION
All transactions on Etsy and on Folksy are in £GB Pounds Sterling (although Etsy will display prices in your local currency). Paypal will automatically convert
other currencies at checkout, so you can still buy from my shop if £GBP are not your local currency.
If you can not pay via Paypal
for any reason or have any other payment issues, please
contact me
for other options.

SHIPPING
Orders are
dispatched within 2 working days of receipt of cleared payment.
Parcels are bulky and, though they do not
require a signature (unless sent by Special Delivery/Airsure), they will not fit
through a standard letter box.
~UNITED KINGDOM
Items to UK are sent via Royal Mail First Class as standard
(estimated 1-2 working days). Please allow up to 15 working days for delivery.
Orders over £39 are sent via Special Delivery Next
Day at extra cost. Signature will be required on delivery.
~INTERNATIONAL
International orders are sent standard airmail (estimated 3-5 working
days). Please allow up to 25 working days for delivery. Buyers are responsible
for any customs charges.
Orders over £39 are sent via Airsure at extra
cost.
In the event of non-delivery
If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days (UK) or 25 working
days (International), please let me know so that
I can offer you a refund or replacement.
GIFT-WRAPPING
All Sock Monkeys are nicely wrapped in brown paper or tissue paper, ready
to give as a gift, and do not include any pricing information - your
receipt will be emailed to you via Paypal.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
~INCORRECT ORDER & DAMAGES
If when your order arrives, it is incorrect or damaged please contact me
immediately, and within 7 days, to arrange to return the item/s to me. I will
offer a replacement, or issue a Paypal refund.
~YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me
within 7 days to arrange to return the item/s to me. I will offer a
replacement, or issue a Paypal refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
unless the item is incorrect or faulty. Custom orders are non-refundable.
~LOSSES
If your parcel does not arrived within the specified time (see SHIPPING
SECTION), please contact me immediately so that I can offer a full refund
or replacement, and start the claim process.

they are NOT toys for children,
but are intended for adult collectors over 14.

Although sock monkeys are not my idea, my monkeys
look different to those from other sellers. Make sure yours do too. Thanks
