Hi! My name is Sian Hughes and this is my actual official face.

I love art and making stuff, walking in the countryside and generally pottering about and making a mess (but not in the countryside, of course). I have a sort-of-art website which is always about 2 years out of date, but do go and have a look if you are bored :)

Siansburys was established as a creative venture when my lifelong love of primates and colourful socks combined in a sock monkey explosion that demolished 90% of my house.

Each creation is unique, and each has its own distinct personality. I always love a challenge (and a good laugh!), and so far this has led to sock monkey portraits of famous people, comic book heroes and well-known film characters, as well as other members of the sock animal kingdom including bears, giraffes, zebras and cows.
